You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your organization to use Klubeats services. Use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Klubeats provides:

• Employee meal programs

• Cafeteria and food court management

• Buffet and corporate catering services

• Digital ordering and feedback platforms

Specific service details are governed by separate commercial agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes

• Not misuse, copy, or interfere with the platform

• Comply with company policies when using meal benefits

4. Orders, Menus, and Modifications

Menus and meal availability may vary due to seasonality, supply, or operational needs. Klubeats reserves the right to modify menus, pricing, or schedules with reasonable notice.

5. Payments and Billing

Billing terms are defined in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Services are the exclusive property of Klubeats. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klubeats shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Klubeats from claims arising from misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

Klubeats may suspend or terminate access to Services for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws where Klubeats operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Klubeats reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
